Abstract
My poster is over the life and work of May-Britt Moser. Moser is an accomplished psychologist and neuroscientist who has made strides towards better understanding Alzheimer's Disease. Alzheimer's negatively impacts more than six million Americans every year, every 65 seconds an individual is diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and the disease kills more than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined. While May-Britt Moser is still working towards a cure for Alzheimer's and memory-related disease, she has developed ground-breaking research and knowledge that has opened the gates for others to pursue a change and fix for the disease once and for all.
