Melody Lyon-Hyche graduated from Delta State University in May of 2018 and has a Bachelor's of Science with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. She current works as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician and is working to earn a certification as a Medical Assistant. She is recently married and loves to read in her free time. She presented in the afternoon chemistry panel sessions of OBU's Women in STEM conference held on March 20, 2021.
