Software engineer Crystal Bostian was the speaker for the Math and Technology Sciences presentations of the 2024 Arkansas Women in STEM conference.
Biography
Crystal Bostian is an alumni of Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Physics and Computer Science. She is currently working at Walmart Global Tech as a software engineer. She has worked at J. B. Hunt Transport Services as the technical lead for the Data Science team. Her responsibilities in this role include helping to lead projects, develop best practices, ensure code and model quality, work with the team's architect to design deployment solutions, and write Python and Java web services to build those solutions.
