Tina Murphy graduated with a B.S. in Biology from OBU in 1994 and a M.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 1998. Tina and her husband David are part owners of Twin Rivers Vet Supply in DeKalb, Texas where she works in Accounting and Inside Sales. Twin Rivers is an animal health supply company that employs 15 employees and has 12 independent contract salesmen delivering supplies throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Louisiana. They ship products to ranches in over 20 states. They have four children and reside in DeKalb. She is an Independent Ranch Auditor for the company Where Food Comes of Castle Rock, Colorado, a Rancher, and also serves on the Board of Directors for Lone Star Ag Credit headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. She presented in the morning and afternoon alternative career panel sessions of OBU's Women in STEM conference held on March 20, 2021.
