Abstract
Ouachita Baptist University's annual Spotlight on Arkadelphia community and service fair is set for Tuesday, Aug. 25, the first day of the 2015 fall semester. It will be held from 8 to 9:30 p.m. on Heflin Plaza and the Student Village Circle.
