Abstract

Ouachita Baptist University will host guest pianist Hie-Yon Choi for a concert on Thursday, April 30, at 8 p.m. in Mabee Fine Arts Center’s McBeth Recital Hall. The performance is free and open to the public.

For the upcoming performance, Choi will perform a selection of Ludwig van Beethoven’s sonatas. “I expect it to be a wonderful recital, especially for people who enjoy classical piano music and the music of Beethoven,” said Dr. Cai Lei, associate professor of music at OBU.
