Abstract

These materials belonged to Peter M. Rudolph of Clark County, a delegate to the Seventh Constitutional Convention of Arkansas.

This collection contains Peter M. Rudolph's bound copy of the state constitution as proposed by the Seventh Constitutional Convention in 1970. There are also newsclippings and a bumper sticker pertaining to the proposed constitution.
