Abstract
The First Baptist Church of Urbana, Union County, Arkansas, was organized in 1916. Members met in the Urbana schoolhouse until the church building was erected in 1929. In 1943 a parsonage was purchased, and a new sanctuary built in 1957.
Today, the First Baptist Church of Urbana is part of the Liberty Baptist Association, Arkansas Baptist State Convention.The church supports Home and Foreign Missions, and has an active Women's Missionary Society.
This collection includes church meeting minutes and membership rolls, the church constitution and bylaws, bulletins, and reports of special events.
