Dear Birkett, As soon as I got your letter Friday I telephoned Mr Hoffman and he said your clothes were finished and he would send them that afternoon. Let us know if they are all right or not before we pay for them. I expect this has been too bad a day for you to dress up. It has rained all day here and is disagreeably windy besides. Dad got home Thursday night. We are going to have a low radiator put in the dining room tomorrow. The coal is being put in , and the mirrors are ready to be put in. Love from Mother.
