Biography

Virginia Grant received her B.S. in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her M.S. in chemistry from Vanderbilt University and has been working in pharmaceutical development for the last 10 years.

Dr. Allison Hedrick received her bachelors in chemistry at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2000 and received her PhD in analytical chemistry at University of Wyoming. She worked as a chemist at Dugway Proving Ground as a chemist for 10 years. At Dugway, she served as the lead scientist for several large chemical field test. Currently she works for the US army Operational Test Command as an Operations Research System Analyst supporting the operational test for aviation.

Glennis Rayermann earned her Ph.D. and M.S. in physical/materials chemistry at the University of Washington in Seattle and her B.S. in chemistry at Harvey Mudd College. Both the National Science Foundation and the Department of Defense awarded her graduate research fellowships. Her research is multidisciplinary, including materials degradation, development and patent of a novel instrumental technique, biophysical chemistry, and cultural heritage conservation science. Currently, she is a researcher in the Patricia H. and Richard E. Garman Art Conservation Department at SUNY Buffalo State.
