Lessons from a Last Lecture: Dr. Tom Auffenberg, who taught for 40 years at Ouachita before his death in August, presented a series of timely and timeless insights in his “Last Lecture” delivered in 2007.

Collections honor Berryman & Greer: Honoring the legacy of longtime professors Jim Berryman and Tom Greer, Riley-Hickingbotham Library recently dedicated special collections featuring the papers of the two former colleagues.

Tiger Tunes tradition: The Ouachita Student Foundation presented its 35th Tiger Tunes this fall. The annual Tunes production has helped OSF raise more than $1 million for student scholarships since 1979.

Celebrating alumni milestones: Ouachita’s annual Alumni Milestone Awards honor noted alumni. This year’s recognitions were presented to leading Ouachitonians from the classes of 1963, ’73, ’83, ’93 and 2003.

Tiger Steel: Musicians & mentors The Tiger Steel drum ensemble, which debuted earlier this year, is Ouachita’s newest musical performance group. Ensemble members also mentor middle school musicians.
